Daily work
Dispatch and visits
On this page
Dispatch is the home screen: every technician's visits across the day, the work waiting to book, and anything that needs a decision.
Create the job
Accepted quotes appear under Waiting to book. Create job turns one into a job carrying the accepted lines and the checklist from its services. A job can also arrive with a move-in.
Book a visit
Choose Book visit (or Book a visit beside a waiting job), then the job, technician, date, start and end time. Times are local to your business timezone. A job can have more than one visit, for example a return trip.
Use ‹ and › to move between days, or pick a date.
Overlaps are held for you
If a booking overlaps another visit for that technician, Glove does not book it straight away. A Dispatch conflict card names the exact clash. Review and confirm change books it anyway, keeping the reviewed conflict on the record; Keep current booking leaves things as they were.
Change or cancel a visit
Select a visit on the board to open it. Change the technician, date or time with a reason and Save change, or Cancel visit. A change is refused if the visit changed since you opened it, and must be reviewed if the technician has already recorded evidence on it. Every change keeps its before and after.
If a technician's phone sends evidence after the visit moved on, it is kept, flagged as late evidence on the visit, and waits for you to Mark reviewed.
Agent proposals
An agent can propose a booking: the job, technician and time with its reasons. It appears as Agent prepared with Approve and Decline (with a reason). See Agents prepare, people decide.
